Property management platform where landlords run their whole portfolio from one dashboard leases, payments, maintenance, vendors with every company's data isolated at the ORM layer.

role Sole full-stack developer backend, ORM, Angular front end
  • →EF Core global query filters scope every query to the CompanyId in the JWT claim controllers write plain LINQ and tenant isolation is enforced by the data layer, not developer discipline.
  • →Permissions live as constants in one file and auto-register as ASP.NET Core authorization policies at startup via reflection 30+ policies, zero registration boilerplate.
  • →Audit logging across 20+ entity types runs off a background queue, keeping write latency off the request path.

Personal finance app built for Zimbabwe's dual-currency economy every feature, including analytics and the chat assistant, works with zero internet.

role Sole builder Flutter app, parsing engine, local data layer
  • →Regex SMS parsing engine reads transaction notifications from 13+ local providers (EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, CABS, Mukuru…) and turns them into importable records in one tap no manual entry.
  • →All analytics and multi-currency (USD/ZiG) aggregation run against local SQLite via Drift's type-safe query builder; balances are derived from transaction history rather than cached, so they can't drift.
  • →Chat assistant answers plain-English queries in under 100ms with no LLM call a keyword classifier routes to typed handlers that render card components.

Developer Tool

Chrome extension that kills DTO boilerplate select any JSON on a page, get production-ready typed classes in 9 languages, all generated locally.

role Solo developer
  • →JSON parses once into a language-agnostic type tree; per-language emitters handle Kotlin nullables, Swift Optionals, Python dataclasses adding a language means writing one emitter, nothing else.
  • →Full OpenAPI 3.x / Swagger 2.x parsing bulk-generates DTOs for every schema, resolving $refs lazily with circular chains broken by a reference stack.
  • →Manifest V3 service worker, zero backend and zero telemetry sensitive API schemas never leave the browser.
